Licensing

Because more and more students and other developers contribute to the Modest Toolset, we should set up a CLA and ask previous contributors to sign it retroactively. At the moment there is no concrete license for Modest, only that it is not open source. This issue should be discussed as soon as possible as long as all developers can be reached.
