Convert models without instantiating all open constants
moconv currently requires values for all open constants (i.e. an experiment) to be given, and then instantiates the model for that experiment. Instead, moconv should allow any subset (possibly empty) of values for constants to be given, so that in particular a model can be transformed with its open constants remaining open.
