React files

Remove the spooky FileDependencyInjection and instead use the FilesAPI found in files.ts. Some spooky type conversions for file objects is still missing and subject to this MR.

Creating, Duplicating, Deleting (both named and unnamed files) has been thoroughly tested. Happy to fix any new bugs.
