WIP: Dynamic IDE site

The IDE site should dynamically load the current release data and notes (see #38 (closed)).

Tasks

  • Create API interface in server component: Fetch data from GitLab and send it back to user.
  • Cache data from GitLab to reduce load.
  • Create API call for full changelog.
